Biography :
Geographer and conservation biologist working as Senior Researcher at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research in Greece. Focus on inland waters and fish. Background in landscape ecology, bioassessment, riparian vegetation & birds - and three decades of experince in biodiversity surveying and monitoring, protected areas creation & management, including river, riparian & wetland restoration.
