Biography :
I am studying climate-growth relationships of trees in floodplain forests of Central Europe. I'm also interested in the reactions of floodplain forest ecosystems to river regulations and revitalizations. I am using methods of tree ecophysiology, dendrochronology and dendroclimatology.
